Most education franchises hand over a manual and a spreadsheet.
Every franchisee gets the platform ACROBO runs on: a lead pipeline, a parent and student database, a helpdesk, course delivery for students, and payments.
Payments settle directly into your own account. Money never sits in a head office balance waiting to be split and paid out, and ACROBO takes no cut of any transaction.
Session by session plans, lesson films, workbooks and student outputs for every course, plus 20 hours of tutor training and briefing material for each family.
Courses are tutor-led from supplied material. You are hiring tutors who can hold a room, not engineers.
Every session ends with something that works. That reaches families who would never book tutoring, and it holds attention in a way a worksheet does not.
Holiday intensives run in weeks most education businesses go quiet, using rooms you are already paying for.
Kits are ordered wholesale, direct from ACROBO. Costs set out in the Disclosure Document.
Territories are available across Australia. A territory can be as small as a single suburb or cover several, depending on population and how many families are within a sensible drive of your rooms.
On execution of the franchise agreement, and not before, you receive the exclusive right to deliver and sell ACROBO programs from your centre, and the exclusive right to sell ACROBO as an after school program to schools inside your territory.
One suburb can be a whole territory where the population supports it. Elsewhere a territory covers several. Boundaries are set case by case against population, existing centres and school catchments, and we work them out with you rather than handing you a map. Full terms are provided before you sign anything.
$1,700 + GST documentation deposit so your franchise agreement can be prepared. Refunded if the agreement is not signed. Enquiries from outside your territory are handled under the referral terms in the agreement.
All figures are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. There is no revenue or profit figure on this page. We would rather answer that question properly on a call than publish one we cannot stand behind.
One-time. Founding franchisee offer, heavily discounted from the standard franchise fee of $29,000 + GST. Available for a limited time and a limited number of territories.
Or 8 percent of gross ACROBO revenue, whichever is higher. Charged monthly for the term, from commencement. Gross revenue means ACROBO revenue before costs. Paid on the 15th of each month.

These are ceilings, not forecasts. They describe how many places a room grid contains if every class fills, which no centre should assume.
Three rooms, two 90 minute slots a night, Monday to Friday for two weeks gives nine cohorts. At 12 students each that is a ceiling of 108 places.
Weeknights 4:30 to 7:30 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, three rooms, two slots per window, gives 36 classes a week. At 12 students each that is a ceiling of 432 places per term.
Filling that term grid means three tutors on shift for three hours every weeknight and again on Saturday morning, back to back with no changeover gap. Most centres start with two or three days and build from there as they hire.
A 30 minute video call on Google Meet. Book online in a minute.
A 15 minute online form about your goals, experience and plans.
We go through the numbers for a centre in your area, with a short financial diagnostic.
$1,700 + GST documentation deposit so your agreement can be prepared. Refunded if not signed.
You receive the franchise agreement and Disclosure Document, with 14 days to get independent legal and financial advice.
A 14-day cooling-off period after signing, while your training begins.
Venue set-up, info night, kits arrive and your first students start.
Timeline is indicative. Actual pacing depends on venue availability and school-term timing. ACROBO HQ supports you at every step.

We do not publish revenue or profit figures, and we will not guess at them. Ask on the call and we will tell you exactly what we know and what we do not.
That depends on your rooms, your hiring and the statutory cooling off period. We will talk through a realistic date rather than a hopeful one.
Pick a time that suits you. Thirty minutes, no obligation, and nothing about it commits you to anything.
